Our dry-aged steaks are hand-selected and aged in-house to intensify flavour and tenderness. Through a careful aging process, natural enzymes break down the meat, creating a buttery texture and bold, concentrated flavour you won’t find in standard cuts. It’s steak done properly - and worth savouring.

Whether you like yours rare or well done, each cut is expertly grilled to your liking, served with house-made sauces and seasonal sides.

COROVIN WINE POURING

Enjoy premium wines by the glass with our Coravin system - allowing us to pour from top-tier bottles without ever removing the cork. This technology preserves freshness while giving you access to wines normally only served by the bottle.
